GM, it’s big news Friday! Matt here, with some huge news. The SEC has issued a no-action letter for DePIN, meaning DePIN doesn’t fall under securities laws.

Great timing, as projects from around the world joined IoTeX’s AI Foundry, setting the stage for shared standards in real-world AI.

Predictive Oncology got the SEC memo, launching a $344 million Aethir Digital Asset Treasury, as XMAQUINA highlighted the demand for robotics with its Wave 3 Token Genesis Auction, which sold out in under 20 minutes.

On the subject of Uptober, let's talk growth. Peaq saw an +1100% increase in users in 30 days, closing off Week 2 of Get Real Season 2 with over 32,000 participants. Keeping that uponly momentum, ANyONe Protocol and Karrier One’s stats both soared, while NodeOps extended its reach and revenue.

375ai nearly tripled device insight volume, Crust makes the top 5 decentralized networks on Chainspect, and Dabba Network processes 135 TB/day in traffic (a 4x increase from Q1). Hivemapper approaches deflation with its biggest token burn to date as Helium hits more milestones, but that’s not all!
