🤖 Robots and Maps at 10,000 Feet

DePIN’s innovations are cutting-edge, highlighted in Auki Network’s weekly update. Auki founder Nils showed off an autonomous grocery shopping robot powered by Auki’s strong node tech, while StorX integrated with NoaBACKUP as it surpassed $13 million in Web2 ARR. Elsewhere, XNET showed off impressive offload stats as Filecoin recapped the week, while ARIO released Node update 48.


ROVR is publicly testing its fleet management system as Hivemapper moved miles, launching another “Explore your region” event while LayerDrone network took off with 700 new missions via Spexi. Tracking those drones, Geodnet approaches 20,000 mining stations around the globe as it burns more $GEOD than ever, supported by the community passing GIP 7 & 8.

Dabba Network opens hotspot onboarding next week, and Karrier One released August stats, demoed a new dashboard, and saw 130% growth in 60 days. Meanwhile, 1 PB of data was consumed in 24 hours on World Mobile.

Additionally, World Mobile and INCM announced a successful handover of Mozambique's TV White Space, and a local Wayru operator installed a hotspot in Parque Pro Navidad to increase connectivity in Guatemala. All this as AYDO opens up its ambassador program. Great developments in decentralized connectivity!

Running the network numbers, Ionet introduces a Virtual Machine as a Service (VMaaS) model. Meanwhile, Tashi Network adds a total of 30k nodes after a 1-click launch partnership as Combinder reaches 1,000 live devices, and Warp Chain launches its node sale. Lastly, Render recently reworked token burns (temporarily) from an automated to a manual process.
